Return and Refund Policy

At MuscleClub.in, we prioritize your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and replace policy to ensure your peace of mind.

Returns and Replacements

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return or replace an item. To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

after receiving the return we will initiate refund & will reflect in your account within 5-7 working days

To initiate a return or replacement, please contact our customer service team at Support@muscleclub.in or call us at 9278205973 with your order number and details of the product you wish to return or replace. Once your return or replacement is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Please note that certain items, such as perishable goods, personalized items, and gift cards, are exempt from being returned or replaced.

Refunds

If you opt for a refund, once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
